What is an 'Outcome Model' in this context?
An Outcome Model is a visual blueprint of a business process — it defines what triggers an action, who owns it, and what outcome is expected. Your AI reads the Outcome Model to understand its boundaries and responsibilities, so it acts deterministically rather than guessing.
Can I export my skills if I leave?
Yes, unconditionally. The MCP server is open-source and your SKILL.md files live in your own GitHub repository. You own them forever. Switching away from MMC Workbench means your skills keep working — you just author them differently.
Do you store my business data?
MMC never stores your business data. Your Outcome Models are written to your own GitHub repository — that is the only permanent store, and it belongs entirely to you. We also offer an optional AWS S3 backup of your in-progress Workbench work, stored in an encrypted bucket. Professional and Enterprise plans can store in buckets they own and control. The MCP server executes within your own infrastructure. There is no need for an MMC database holding your business information.
