Our pricing philosophy: a win-win.

We don't deliver software, we deliver a better business process. That calls for a pricing model to match: clear up front, no surprises afterwards, and designed so the value stays with you.

A pricing model says more about a vendor than the brochure: it tells you what he earns from, and therefore where his interest lies. So we lay ours completely open. Every choice in it serves one principle: you must always be able to switch. Including away from us. That is the financial side of "in control": if your process, your data and your infrastructure are yours, then your contracts and your costs should be too.

CHOICE 1

The demo is free. After that, always a quote first, at a fixed project price

Within 48 hours of the intake you see your process working; that is our investment. If you want to implement, you first receive a quote with a fixed price, based on the work required to build it. No billing by the hour, and never unexpected costs afterwards. If it takes us longer, that is our risk.

What this has to do with autonomy: you decide on numbers that are fixed before you sign, not on a running meter you only learn about afterwards.

CHOICE 2

External services are contracted by you, directly

The running costs of your process (AI usage, subscriptions, email) are in your name, with the providers themselves, without any margin through us. Up front you get a transparent specification of what to expect, and if you like, a periodic cost overview per process.

What this has to do with autonomy: everything. Because the contracts are yours and we build on an open standard, you can switch AI model or provider tomorrow without asking us. And because we earn nothing on your usage, we have exactly one interest: a design that uses as little as possible.

CHOICE 3

Maintenance is guaranteed

Your process simply keeps running; we guarantee that. Here is how: we adjust the model when your way of working changes, keep the connections up to date and upgrade the MCPs along with the standard. Prefer to have no part of it on your plate at all? A managed service is optionally available.

What that is worth: continuity and peace of mind, without having to bring specialist knowledge in-house. And you know the cost up front: a fixed annual amount, stated in the quote next to the implementation price. No surprises.

What this has to do with autonomy: continuity without lock-in. And to be honest: what we really want is to keep working — on your next process, and on a reference to be proud of. A process that runs flawlessly is the best basis for both.

A client who could leave but stays because it works: that is the only business model we want.

So where do we earn our money?

Mainly on the implementation. Once, at the fixed price in the quote. After that there is no ongoing fee on your result: the better your process runs, the more you keep, year after year.

The fair follow-up question, which we get in every engagement: "So how does it stay operational?" Like this: the maintenance contract guarantees that the model and the connections stay up to date, including MCP upgrades, and if you prefer we take the management fully off your hands with a managed service. The process itself keeps running consistently and is easy to adjust when your way of working changes. And because everything runs in your own environment, on an open standard, with the rules under your own control, the running of your process does not depend on our existence or our servers. Besides, our commercial interest in a smoothly running process is substantial: your next process and your reference are how we grow.

What does this mean in euros, for your process?

We'd love to make that concrete for your organisation. Start the pilot: free, in exchange for your input and a reference if it works. Within 48 hours of a one-hour intake you see your own process working, and then you receive a personal report with your own saving and the implementation costs, at a fixed project price. You decide on your numbers, not ours.
