About two hours, and the willingness to think about a bounded scope. One intake conversation of an hour in which we identify the current process, and an hour to go through the demo together, live. No working groups, no documentation project, no trainings.

Within 48 hours of the intake you see a completely new, improved process running in a simulation environment. Personally checked by a founder before you see it. After that, we set the pace together.

Nothing. The pilot is free, in exchange for your input and a reference if it works. If you then want to implement, you always receive a quote first, at a fixed project price. Never unexpected costs afterwards. Running costs (tokens, email) you pay directly to the providers, not to us.

No. We identify how the work runs today and design a completely new process for it, which we show working. That process is then consistent: it does exactly what is laid down, every day. If your way of working changes, we adjust the model, simply. Flexible where it should be, but your process never takes on a life of its own.

Little, and that is the point. They recognise their own process, minus the routine work. There is no new system to learn and there are no implementation sessions. The judgement stays with your specialist; AI does the retyping, chasing and checking.

The pilot runs entirely in a simulation environment with test data; no production access is needed to start. At implementation everything runs in your own environment, your data never leaves your organisation and trains no external models. We sign a data-processing agreement up front.

Not necessarily. The demo focuses on the applicability for your business: we show what is possible, without diving deep into technical detail. The pilot also asks nothing of your production or infrastructure. After the pilot demo, a separate technical demo with your IT department is available — that is where we do go deep. And for those colleagues we have a piece ready to forward: what IT and procurement want to see.

You receive a personal report with your own saving and the implementation costs, and decide with a clear Go/No-Go, at your own pace. If you continue, we implement modularly, alongside your existing systems, which keep running in parallel. If your process turns out not to be a good fit, we say so honestly.

No. The pilot is without obligation, and afterwards the same holds: open standards, no vendor lock-in, your process and your data remain yours. Even if you stop working with us.
